Compuways specialises in the recruitment of IT staff across the full spectrum of skills — from technical to managerial — placing candidates in both permanent and contracting roles. Our History
Compuways was founded in 1990 by Arnold Graaff, then a freelance IT consultant. The company began by supplying programmers and progressively incorporated all IT skills into its portfolio.
Arnold holds an Hons BSc in Computer Science and has first-hand experience working in the IT industry both locally and internationally, having worked for companies including African Defence Systems, Dimension Data, Olivetti and Software AG in Europe. This deep technical background informs the way we evaluate and place candidates to this day.
