About the Role

Requirements Performing workflow and project analysis. Working closely with clients. Assisting clients with set up decisions based on product knowledge. Organizing and conducting regular work group meetings throughout implementation &post go live. Serving as lead or assistant trainer in all client training sessions on all product features. 3 Years experience in Motor Dealership. Preferably single due to this being a travel position. Strong training abilities. Reliable transport. Preferably PTA based as company Is Centurion based. The Implementation Specialist is capable of working with minimum supervision in the performance of assigned tasks. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the overall success of new and current client project implementations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Install Software On-site. Ensure Functionality of software once installed. Request customer to go-live. Mentor users. Forward daily progress reports. Conduct software testing as required and report on software snags. Conduct adhoc user training. Adopt and implementing our customer core company values. Understanding communication between two or more platforms. Be able to understand financial implications of certain actions and relaying these implications to all the clients. Understand networks and network-related problems IT related. Deal with issues regarding IT and people or staff. Knowledge & Skills Have a good understanding of Microsoft operating systems. Unattached - travelling will be extensive and sometimes uninterrupted. Dynamic person. Punctual and Reliable. Good interpersonal skills. Assertive, patient and show empathy. Process driven. Valid driving license. Own reliable vehicle. Speaking and writing abilities in both Afrikaans and English. Previous training experience will be beneficial. Previous software implementation experience will be beneficial. Report writing skills will be beneficial (daily reports are supplied to our customers). Technical & Other Preferred Skills and Experience Microsoft Suite Internet Explorer Navigation.
