About the Role
RESPONSIBILITIES : Greet Customers, Direct Visitors and Manage incoming Calls Keep reception area neat and clean at all times Assist with client requests and inquiries Client Communication (quotes, job status etc) Printing and Processing Invoices Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Card) Selling Company Products Stock Taking & Stock Management QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Matric (Grade 12) – Essential Administrative Experience - Preferable Retail Experience – Preferable PC Literate (Excel, i-Tunes, Emails etc) – Preferable Apple Experience – Beneficial CORE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES Customer Focus Communication Skills Sales Orientated Accountability
