KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Repair of faulty Apple/Samsung Devices Carry out Fault Diagnosis to improve the quality of the device Carry out Repairs on Apple/Samsung devices to improve the device productivity Customer Communication Feedback, Company Services, Warranties, after Sales Services etc Provide advice and recommendations about devices to customers Research new repair methods on new product releases within employment division Not have other cellular shop connections or have owned their own cellular operation QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Matric 2+ years of experience assembling /disassembling, testing, trouble shooting and repairing  electronics National N-diploma: Electrical Engineering (Includes N4 to N6 Certificates) Advantageous Cellular or small electronics Repair Experience Apple Experience Advantageous Soldering, reflow, BGA experience Preferable CORE SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES: Communication, Positive, Adaptable, Customer Focused, Passionate, Enthusiastic, Proactive, Young, Vibrant, Quick Response Time, Self-motivated, Energetic, Hard Working
