About the Role
Job Objectives Ensure the engagement between the programme, the Technical & Application teams together with the Business stakeholders are correctly managed throughout the delivery life-cycle and acts as an owner of the ISA ‘Virtual Delivery Team’. Take end-to-end responsibility for capacity and demand management and will act as a single point of escalation between the various delivery teams and the business stakeholders. will be Accountable for the prioritization of the Book of Work (BoW) incollaboration with programme and business stakeholders. Drive efficiency, effectiveness and quality improvements in the organization’s IT infrastructure. Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of the infrastructure environment to meet business and technology requirements, as expressed in Service Level (SLAs) and Operational Level (OLAs) Agreements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field, advantageous. Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL), Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2), advantageous. Knowledge of IT Risk Management, compulsory. Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC),
