Well-skilled in customer relations with strong administrations skills which have contributed to the successful completion of projects to customer satisfaction. 2.     Qualifications: BCom in Informatics PRINCE2 project management (preferred) 3.     Skills and Competencies: Organisational and planning Self-management Pro-activeness Attention to detail Deadline driven Communication Administration 4.     Experience Overview: Provide expertise in project administration by setting up and creating project templates to be used in all IT-related projects for clients Follow up and tracking of all documentation requiring signature, including contracts, project status reports and milestone sign off documentation Maintain the project cost tracking report and escalated anomalies to relevant stakeholders as required Produce various reports for customer project meetings as required Produce project reports for internal project meetings and Exco’s Maintain the risk register for each project and prioritised the various risks based on the effect on the project delivery Maintain a resource schedule for the project and followed up on timesheets submissions – alerted management to any anomalies Assist with invoicing and tracking payments received from customer Assist with input into proposals and tenders as required and maintained the tender/proposal submission tracking list Attend project meetings and took minutes as required. Distributed the minutes to all stakeholders Handle all travel requirements for the projects as required
