About the Role

Job Purpose: Take the lead role in the supoport and maintenance of the Internet Banking applications within the bank inorder to enable and support business objectives aligned to companys balanced scorecard. Support Internet and core bankin application across 5 countries. Principal Accountabilities: Manage and maintain the internet banking application Flexcube Direct Banking. Manage and be responsible for resolving FCDB IT and Business issues. Assist business in defining products and parameters within the application. Patch management for FCDB. Knowledge regarding the core banking applications within the company. Other: Participlate in business and technology planning sessions and anticipate future application changes. Keep track of industry best practices, trend and regulatory requirements regarding application development and usage within the financial and banking environments. Requirements: Be up to date with current major technology trends, relevant to the banking industry. Sound people management skills. Display cability of self management and ability to operate independently. Be proactive Well developed leadership skills, team motivation and management. Good interpersonal skills Bachelors Degree relevant business and IT field Understand Oracle SQL and programming languages. Ability to understand both business world and IT world.
