About the Role
Duration: 12 month contract Benefits: Standby allowance + Standby pay for calls attended after hours. Health: Needs to be excellent as this is for a chemical company with very strict medical requirements. Requirements: Must be experienced in providing telephonic and remote support in a large Microsoft domain environment Microsoft Certification would be an advantage. Own car is essential Immediately available Duties: Log calls, follow up on assigned calls, and perform quality assurance checks Provide telephonic and remote user support for the following: Network issues Internet access issues VPN related issues Printer issues Active directly profile related issues Microsoft Exchange / Outlook related issues Laptop, Desktop, thin client hardware related issues Application related issues including CRM, SAP, VIP, ESS, MOODI, Pastel etc.
