Requirements: Current IT Qualification A minimum of 3 years workplace experience Ability to communicate effectively as candidate will be expected to liase with clients that they will be supporting. Sound technical skills in the workplace but will still require management and guidance in the technical aspects of their daily work. Candidate must enjoy strong personal mentorship so as to assis them in their development and improvement of their work ethic Microsoft qualifications are preferable but not a must Lotus Notes experience is also an advantage Good people skills Good writing, reporting and technical documentation skills Good research skills Responsibilities: perform all Junior Technician responsibilities as well as: Server maintenance Server installation and patching Server based application management Assessing server logs / event logs Install, configure, and fix peripheral devices Basic Active Directory functions Basic Exchange functions Configuration of RAID Network troubleshooting Backup and restoration configuration
