In a vendor / consulting organisation the Account Manager looks after the clients to ensure they are happy and obviously to get the required spending out of them! This function is mostly commission driven and can be lucrative if you have the right attitude and skills. Companies often would require a sales person to have the required technical industry background as well.e.g:
Marketing Manager
Marketing Assistant
Accounts Manager
Sales Executive
Sales Engineer
Tele-Sales Consultant
Outbound Call-Centre Agent.
