Main Objective

  • Consistently deliver to set sales targets

Main Duties

  • To grow the healthbridge client base in the healthcare industry by identifying and targeting potential clients in our core market with the software solutions provided
  • Arrange appointments to see these identified sites
  • Be able to present and demonstrate the relevant software as well as prepare quotes when necessary and follow through until the sale is concluded
  • To build, manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry. These include PMA partners, IPA’s (Independent Practitioner Associations), existing as well as new clients (for example Bureaus) in the geographical area as allocated
  • Meticulously update all relevant systems and perform the necessary administrative duties required for reporting and providing feedback regularly

Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Preference will be given to applicants with a Tertiary qualification.

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years in sales and client relationship experience in the medical or IT industry is required

Knowledge

  • A sound understanding of the Medical Industry as well as the administrative functions and processes required to run Medical Practices.

Skills & Abilities

  • Basic Computer skills and understanding of Internet Technology is required
  • A successful candidate will have the ability to:

  • Be a Team player as well as work independently
  • Manage a sales pipeline that consistently delivers to set targets
  • Be a strong relationship builder and a good networker
  • Extremely self-motivated and self-directed
  • Learn fast in an ever changing environment
  • The ability to engage with and sell to medical professionals (based on understanding the business processes within the practice)
  • Very comfortable with being on the road daily and travelling into any and all areas in the assigned territory
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans, verbal and written, with at least one other official language preferred
