My client is looking to employ a top performer in their Risk Team. They seek a dynamic person that takes responsibility for his/her work, has the courage to challenge conventional thinking, who is able to collaborate with others with ease and someone who always strives for a win-win outcome. The successful candidate will be required to perform a wide range of administrative and sales support activities for the department and will be responsible for contract FICA checking and approval, reporting on stats to management, general admin and support for the Risk team. The data screening and capturing is an important role as information in their systems is only valuable if it is accurate, up to date and usable.

Main objectives

Contract Approval/Rejection within the Risk team through:

  • Screening of contracts submitted
  • Accurate and timeous capture of contract data
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation with Sales
  • Accurate capture of rate changes and contract term changes
  • Performing ITC & MATCH checks
  • Reporting

Main Duties

  • Ensure that all contracts submitted by sales staff are completed correctly. Provide guidance when errors are observed and communicate to Sales department
  • Ensure that all information contained within the submitted to approval of contracts are accurately captured into the customer data base (CRM)
  •  Support sales staff with  providing correct FICA documentation and contracts
  • Liaise between sales staff and internal staff as needed
  • Provide regular feedback to management on contract approval and rejections
  • Track accuracy and turn around data of sales and Risk teams
  • Track performance data for sales and risk team
  • Monitor and disseminate FICA & Fraud stats
  • Accurately draw FICA & Fraud stats
  • Liaise with the regions on behalf of the sales staff as needed
  • Ensuring that rates and contract terms are correctly captured for billing
  • General admin

Requirements - NOT NEGOTIABLE

  • Must have 2 – 4 years in an administrative role which involved data capturing responsibilities
  • Proven track record - contactable references (2 minimum)
  • 2 - 4 Years experience working in a FICA related environment
  • Drivers License and own transport
  • FICA Compliant


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
  • Knowledge of Sale Force CRM system would be advantageous
  • FICA compliance knowledge
  • Knowledge of FRAUD compliance would be advantageous
