Job Description:
Responsibilities

Answering calls within the inbound call centre
Deal with merchant queries
Build a relationship with new and existing clients
Training clients
Attending to internal and external queries sent via email
Keeping clients and internal staff members up-to-date with their queries
Logging every call received and every communication you have with clients
Escalating calls to the correct department depending on the query
Transferring all calls to the survey for rating
Continued learning and in-depth understanding of our product range
